Heading the Salem, Oregon, offices of JELD-WEN 1031, Paula Frey oversees the full scope of real estate and personal property exchanges. Ms. Frey is an active member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. She co-authored the Escrow Closing Manual for IRC Section 1031 Exchanges and is known on the West Coast for her speaking engagements on behalf of real estate and escrow professionals.
