As director of JELD-WEN 1031, Glenda Sibbald manages the company's exchange operations and is proficient in every aspect of exchange services. Prior to joining the company, Sibbald was a key manager for AmeriTitle following a long career as an Escrow Officer and co-owner of a successful title and escrow company in Roseburg, Oregon. She is an active member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and has attained the professional designation of Certified Exchange Specialist®. She handles the full scope of real property and personal property exchanges, and shares her depth of experience by teaching exchange procedures to escrow professionals, real estate professionals, lenders and investors.
Paula M. Frey, Senior Exchange Administrator
Paula Frey handles the full scope of real property and personal property exchanges. She is an active member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators and has also attained the CES® designation. Frey co-authored the Escrow Closing Manual for IRC Section 1031 Exchange and is known on the West Coast for her speaking engagements on behalf of real estate and escrow professionals.
